We received good news yesterday! The Department of Social and Human Services has closed our COVID investigation with no findings and concluded that ours was not a facility-acquired case.  I want to give a huge shout out to our team, but in particular to Krystal Willingham whose quick actions thwarted a community spread.

We continue to be diligent about disinfecting and monitoring and tracking residents daily for signs and symptoms which has been our practice since February.

Outdoor visits will open up for family members tomorrow.

Team members continue to self-monitor for signs and symptoms, mask at all times, hand wash regularly, follow our physical distance policies when taking breaks, and follow all guidelines for COVID mitigation when not at work.

Our much anticipated second COVID vaccine clinic happens next Wednesday.

Upon your return you will notice some changes to the front gardens as we prepare for a garden facelift and a fresh coat of paint on the exterior of our building.  This project has been in the works for almost 18 months, and we are excited as we head toward longer days and the promise of a brighter future!

Thank you for your support of all of us during this time.

Warmly,

Wendy Kleppe
